Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers, our return process may vary depending on the item. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return request.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Final sale items (including accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, beauty products, and consumables) are not eligible for return
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned


📦 How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us at 13fridaysofficial@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions specific to that item’s supplier. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


🌍 International Orders

Some of our suppliers do not accept returns for items shipped outside the U.S.
If you placed an international order and something isn’t right, please still reach out — we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.


💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed as either store credit or back to your original form of payment, depending on the item and the supplier’s policies. We’ll always keep you updated along the way.
